Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by heating a large cast iron skillet over medium heat. Once hot, pour in a tablespoon of olive oil along with two tablespoons of ghee.
  2. Add the cubed Yukon Gold potatoes and sprinkle in minced garlic, dried thyme, oregano, sea salt, and black pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Increase heat to medium-high and add the remaining tablespoon of ghee. Sear the seasoned sirloin steak cubes for 2 minutes without stirring.
  4. Gently stir and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the steak is golden brown and slightly crisp.
