- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Stir until well incorporated.
- Allow the crust mixture to rest for about 5 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the halibut fillets on the sheet, spaced evenly apart.
- Press the crust mixture onto the top of each halibut fillet, aiming for a thick layer.
- Bake for about 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the fish flakes easily.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
