- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash, trim, and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes until well coated.
- Arrange the coated Brussels sprouts cut-side down on a prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top while hot.
- Serve hot and enjoy, optionally drizzling lemon juice before serving.
