  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk or almond milk
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour or gluten-free flour
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
For the Baking Dish
  • as needed Cooking Spray or Butter to grease the dish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef and chopped onion for 6–8 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and add Worcestershire sauce, stirring for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Grease a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray or butter, then spread the seasoned beef mixture evenly in the dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
  6. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and flour until smooth, then pour over the cheese and beef layers.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
