Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the ciabatta bread lengthwise and brush the inside with olive oil. Toast in a skillet or toaster oven for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Spread garlic aioli on one half of the toasted ciabatta, and drizzle balsamic glaze or pesto on the other half.
  3. Layer grilled chicken or turkey followed by mozzarella or brie cheese. Broil for 1-2 minutes if desired.
