  2. Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and thread onto soaked bamboo skewers, alternating with vegetables if desired.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in honey, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar, then simmer for 3-5 minutes. Thicken using a cornstarch slurry.
