  • 4 pieces tortillas Soft flour or whole wheat
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Creamy dressing
Optional Add-Ons
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits Optional for crunch
  • 1 medium avocado Sliced, optional
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning For seasoning shrimp

Method
 

Grilling and Assembly
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F). Season shrimp with garlic powder and paprika. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  2. Warm tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds per side or until pliable in a skillet.
  3. Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla. Layer grilled shrimp, romaine lettuce, and Parmesan cheese. Add bacon bits or croutons if desired.
  4. Roll tortillas tightly and slice diagonally if preferred. Serve on a platter.
