  • 8 ounces Turkey Meats sliced
For the Dressing
  • 0.5 cups Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Red Grape Juice Vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning or homemade mix with dried herbs
For the Crunch
  • 0.5 cups Red Onion diced
  • 0.5 cups Banana Peppers sliced
  • 1 cups Lettuce shredded

Method
 

Directions
  1. Prepare the butter mixture by combining softened butter with grated Parmesan cheese and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  2. Butter the bread slices generously on one side with the butter mixture.
  3. Layer the cheese, turkey meats, and additional cheese on one slice of bread in a skillet.
  4. Toast the sandwich on low heat for 5-6 minutes, pressing down gently, then flip and repeat.
  5. While the sandwich toasts, mix dressing ingredients in a medium bowl.
  6. Prepare the veggie mix by tossing lettuce, red onion, and banana peppers together.
  7. Assemble the sandwich by spooning the veggie mix inside before slicing in half and serving.
