Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and chop strawberries, kiwi, and mangoes into bite-sized pieces. Drain mandarin oranges and pineapple, ensuring excess liquid is removed.
  2. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes, ensuring no lumps remain.
  3. Add cheesecake pudding mix and coffee creamer to the cream cheese. Mix on low speed then increase to medium-high, continuing for 3-4 minutes until fluffy.
  4. Pour cream cheese mixture over the fruit medley and gently fold until the fruits are coated without mashing them.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Once chilled, stir gently and serve in bowls or a large dish.
