Baking Instructions

  3. In another bowl, sift together unsweetened cocoa powder, almond or oat flour, and salt until well mixed.
  4. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gently until just combined.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Cool brownies in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.
