Step-by-Step Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in a kettle. Once ready, remove it from heat and add 2 black tea bags, steeping for about 10 minutes.
- While the tea is cooling, combine 2 cups of diced ripe mango with 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Boil then simmer for 10 minutes, mashing the fruit to create a purée.
- Strain the mango purée into the brewed tea, removing any fibrous bits. Add honey to taste and stir until dissolved.
- Allow to cool for 15 minutes or refrigerate. Serve over ice and garnish with mango slices or fresh mint.

Notes
For stronger tea, brew a bit longer. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Use ripe mango for a sweeter purée.
