Method
 

Prepare Dough

  3. Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for about 1 hour.
Prepare Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Assemble Rolls
  1. Roll out risen dough into a rectangle. Spread cheesecake mixture over the dough, adding dollops of strawberry jam.

  3. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 12 even rolls.
Second Rise & Bake
