  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder

For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Garlic Parmesan sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Freshly shredded.
For the Toppings
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley Chopped, optional.
  • 6 slices Bacon Thick-cut for crunch.
For the Buns
  • 4 buns Brioche buns Lightly toasted.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter For toasting the buns.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake bacon for 25 minutes until crispy.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear chicken for 3-4 minutes until golden, then flip and cook for additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour garlic parmesan sauce over chicken and sprinkle parmesan cheese, then bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  5. Melt butter in another skillet and toast brioche buns for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Assemble sandwiches with chicken mixture, bacon, and parsley on buns.
