Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and sweetened condensed milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring for about 5-7 minutes until thickened. Pour over the cooled crust.
  3. Slice bananas and arrange over caramel layer. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  4. In a bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add whipping cream and confectioners' sugar. Whip until soft peaks form and fold in coffee.
  5. Spread whipped cream over banana layer and chill for at least 2 hours.
  6. Before serving, shave chocolate over the pie and sprinkle with walnuts if desired.
