  3. Roast the strawberries for about 15-20 minutes until soft and caramelized.

  5. Slice crusty bread into ¾-inch thick pieces, brush with olive oil, and toast in the oven for approximately 10 minutes.
  6. Spread a generous layer of whipped ricotta on each slice of toasted bread.
  7. Top each slice with the warm, roasted strawberries and drizzle with additional honey if desired.
  8. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and a dash of black pepper, then serve immediately.
