- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Thaw the puff pastry sheet for about 30 minutes until pliable.
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, Parmesan, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, and seasonings.
- Cut the puff pastry in half and spread the filling evenly over one half. Place the second half on top and press down to seal.
- Slice the pastry into six equal strips, twist each strip, and coil around itself to form swirls.
- Whisk an egg in a small bowl and coat the tops of each swirl with the egg wash.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and cool for about 5 minutes before serving warm.
