  • 1 head Cauliflower Fresh, chopped into florets
For the Creamy Mixture
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese (e.g., Pepper Jack) Substitute with cheddar if desired
For the Flavor Boost
  • 4 oz Bacon Cooked and crumbled
  • 2 pcs Jalapeños Diced, adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the cauliflower head into bite-sized florets. Place them in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the cream cheese and diced jalapeños to the slow cooker, then sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on top.
  3. Set the slow cooker to low and cook for about 3 hours, stirring halfway through.
  4. After 3 hours, stir in the remaining shredded cheese and crispy bacon bits and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Serve in dishes and enjoy, optionally garnished with additional bacon and parsley.
