Preparation
- In a medium mixing bowl, melt the butter and add minced garlic, grated Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and fresh parsley. Sprinkle in the dry ranch seasoning, dill, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until combined.
- Take the chicken tenders and place them in a large bowl or resealable bag. Pour half of the prepared marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated. Seal the bag or cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken marinates, preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5-10 minutes.
- Remove the marinated chicken tenders and thread onto wooden or metal skewers, spacing evenly. Optionally, add bell peppers or onions.
- Place the skewers in the preheated air fryer basket. Cook for approximately 15 minutes, flipping halfway through and brushing with remaining marinade at the 7-minute mark. Cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Once cooked, remove the skewers from the air fryer and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
