Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add corned beef, spread it out, cover, and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Layer coleslaw mix over corned beef, cover, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Stir the mixture, then top with slices of Swiss cheese, cover, and melt.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, horseradish, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  6. Drizzle dressing over the dish and garnish with scallions before serving.
