- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the asparagus and sauté for about 3 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
- Push the asparagus to one side of the skillet and add the marinated shrimp to the other side.
- Cook shrimp for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
