Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Place the white fish fillets in the greased baking dish, drizzle olive oil, and season with salt, black pepper, oregano, and thyme.
  4. Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced Kalamata olives, minced garlic, and thinly sliced red onion over the fish.
  5. Lay thin slices of lemon over the fish fillets and sprinkle red pepper flakes if desired.
  6. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until the fish becomes opaque and flakes easily.
