Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, minced garlic, fresh parsley, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  3. Form the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Serve hot with tzatziki sauce, in pita pockets, or over couscous.
