- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, milk, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a baking sheet.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the shaped loaf into the preheated oven and bake for 45–55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Optional: Brush with melted garlic butter or marinara sauce during the last 10 minutes of baking.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
