  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs or almond flour for gluten-free
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese for best melt
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper adjust to taste
Optional Glaze
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Butter for brushing
  • 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce for brushing

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, milk, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Transfer the meat mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a baking sheet.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place the shaped loaf into the preheated oven and bake for 45–55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  5. Optional: Brush with melted garlic butter or marinara sauce during the last 10 minutes of baking.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
