Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by heating a large skillet over high heat. Once the skillet is hot, add your steak pieces and sear them for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they develop a brown crust. Remove steak and set aside to rest.
  2. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and melt unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then add pasta and enough water or broth to cover it.
  3. Once boiling, reduce the heat to a gentle simmer. Stir occasionally and cook for around 10 minutes or until al dente.
  4. After pasta reaches al dente, return the seared steak to the skillet along with juices. Sprinkle in Parmesan cheese and toss until well mixed, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. Stir well and let it cook for an additional minute.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve warm garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley.
