Preparation Steps
- Pulse 24 Golden OREO cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor. Mix with ½ cup of melted unsalted butter and press into a 9x13-inch dish. Chill for about 15 minutes to set.
- Combine two 3-ounce boxes of orange jello mix with 2 cups of boiling water. Whisk vigorously for 2 minutes until fully dissolved. Allow to cool slightly.
- Whisk together 2 cups of cold milk and one 3.4-ounce box of vanilla instant pudding mix for about 2 minutes until smooth. Fold in the cooled jello mixture.
- Beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and ½ cup of confectioners sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust. Pour the jello and pudding mixture over it. Top with remaining whipped topping.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with mandarin slices and optional fresh mint before serving.
