  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Ensure softened for easy mixing.
  • ½ cup Confectioners Sugar Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 2 cups Whipped Topping Half for mixing, half for topping.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Pulse 24 Golden OREO cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor. Mix with ½ cup of melted unsalted butter and press into a 9x13-inch dish. Chill for about 15 minutes to set.
  2. Combine two 3-ounce boxes of orange jello mix with 2 cups of boiling water. Whisk vigorously for 2 minutes until fully dissolved. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Whisk together 2 cups of cold milk and one 3.4-ounce box of vanilla instant pudding mix for about 2 minutes until smooth. Fold in the cooled jello mixture.
  4. Beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and ½ cup of confectioners sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust. Pour the jello and pudding mixture over it. Top with remaining whipped topping.
  6. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with mandarin slices and optional fresh mint before serving.
