For the Honey Mustard Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Honey Adjust sweetness to your liking.
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard Try grainy mustard for texture.
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise Use vegan for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Optional but recommended.
For Cooking and Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Butter Based on flavor preference.
  • to taste Seasonings (Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Garlic Powder) Essential for flavor.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise until smooth to create the honey mustard sauce.
  4. Sauté sliced mushrooms in the same skillet for 5–7 minutes until golden and fragrant, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the seared chicken in a baking dish, brush with honey mustard sauce, top with mushrooms, crispy bacon, and shredded cheeses.
  6. Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven, drizzle with remaining honey mustard sauce, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve.
