For the Strawberry Slush
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries easily substituted with other berries
  • 1 cup strawberry juice or water using lemonade can elevate the taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a blender, add about 2 cups of frozen pineapple chunks, 1 cup of pineapple juice (or water), and 1 tablespoon of honey if desired. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  2. Rinse the blender and add approximately 2 cups of frozen strawberries, 1 cup of strawberry juice (or water), and another tablespoon of honey, if desired. Blend on high for another 30 seconds until silky and smooth. Set aside.
  3. In two tall glasses, alternately layer spoonfuls of pineapple and strawberry slush. Swirl gently to achieve a marbled effect.
  4. Serve immediately with fun straws or long spoons, and enjoy with family or friends!
