- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of full-fat cottage cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
- Spread 1 cup of pasta sauce on the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour the cottage cheese mixture over the sauce, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle your choice of mixed pizza toppings over the cottage cheese mixture, then layer the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
