  • 1 cup Raspberry Puree Homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla Syrup Sugar-free alternatives or agave syrup optional
  • 1 cup Milk of Choice Almond or oat milk recommended
  • 1 cup Espresso/Coffee Cold brew can be used
  • 1 cup Ice Crushed ice preferred
Garnish (Optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Whipped Cream For indulgent touch
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Raspberries For garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Brew a shot of espresso or strong coffee and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a tall glass, add a layer of raspberry puree and a splash of vanilla syrup. Fill halfway with crushed ice.
  3. Pour in the milk of choice, stirring gently to mix the raspberry and vanilla.
  4. Carefully layer the cooled coffee over the back of a spoon to maintain the layers.
  5. Top with whipped cream and fresh raspberries for garnish. Serve immediately.
