Ingredients
  

For the Mocktail
  • 2 cups Water for brewing tea
  • 2 bags Chamomile Tea or 2 tsp of loose chamomile flowers
  • 1/4 cup Honey or substitute with maple syrup or agave for vegan option
  • 1 unit Fresh Lemon Juice from approximately 1 lemon
  • 4 cups Sparkling Water
  • 2 cups Ice Cubes

Method
 

Brew and Combine
  1. Start by boiling water in a saucepan. Steep chamomile tea bags or flowers for about 5 minutes. Let the tea cool to room temperature.
  2. In a mixing bowl or pitcher, combine honey and fresh lemon juice; stir until honey dissolves.
  3. Add the cooled chamomile tea to the honey-lemon mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mixture over the ice.
  5. Top with sparkling water and gently stir to mix.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices and chamomile flowers.
