Preparation Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and optional nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in granola without raisins into the yogurt mixture.
- Spoon half of the yogurt and granola mixture into your freezer pop molds or paper cups.
- Evenly distribute half of the sliced peaches over the yogurt mixture in the molds.
- Carefully add the remaining yogurt and granola mixture on top of the peach layer.
- Layer the remaining sliced peaches evenly atop the last yogurt layer.
- Insert sticks and freeze until solid, typically 4 to 6 hours.
