  • 2 cups Fat-Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt Can swap for regular yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar Consider coconut sugar for a twist
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg Optional
For the Crunch
  • 1 cup Granola without Raisins Can substitute with a nut mixture
For the Fruit
  • 2 cups Sliced Peaches in Extra-Light Syrup or Juice Fresh peaches are ideal in season

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and optional nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in granola without raisins into the yogurt mixture.
  3. Spoon half of the yogurt and granola mixture into your freezer pop molds or paper cups.
  4. Evenly distribute half of the sliced peaches over the yogurt mixture in the molds.
  5. Carefully add the remaining yogurt and granola mixture on top of the peach layer.
  6. Layer the remaining sliced peaches evenly atop the last yogurt layer.
  7. Insert sticks and freeze until solid, typically 4 to 6 hours.
