  • 2 cups Cooked Rotisserie Chicken Shredded.
  • 0.5 medium Red Onion Finely diced.
For the Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt Can substitute with regular yogurt.
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Dill Or ⅔ teaspoon dried dill.
  • 0.5 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed preferred.
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced.
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Preparation Steps
  1. Grate the cucumber, then squeeze to remove excess moisture.
  2. Combine squeezed cucumber, Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Add shredded rotisserie chicken and diced red onion to the tzatziki mixture and mix gently.
  4. Serve on lettuce, in pita, or with pita chips, garnished with dill or tomatoes.
