For Drizzling
  • to taste Balsamic Glaze or use store-bought version

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Gather your ingredients for smooth cooking.
  2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes. In a bowl, combine sweet potatoes and chickpeas, drizzling with olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
