Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Burger Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, and hot sauce. Whisk until smooth and well-blended. Set aside.
  2. Season the Beef: In a large bowl, gently mix the ground beef with burger seasoning and kosher salt until evenly combined. Form into 6 equal patties.
  3. Cook the Patties: Heat 2 tablespoons of neutral oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until crispy.
  4. Melt Cheese: During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty and cover with a lid to melt.
