- Start by crushing the graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or a plastic bag and rolling pin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with creamy peanut butter and honey or maple syrup. Stir until well blended.
- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the lined dish and press down firmly.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips. Heat in the microwave in 20-second intervals until fully melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the pressed peanut butter base and use a spatula to spread it evenly.
- Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1-2 hours until the chocolate layer is firm.
- Once set, remove the slab from the baking dish and slice into squares or bars.
