Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cook the pasta by bringing a pot of salted water to a boil, adding 8 ounces of rotini pasta, and cooking for about 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled rotini pasta, 2 cups of diced chicken, 4 cups of chopped romaine, and cherry tomatoes if using. Toss gently.
  3. Pour the Caesar dressing over the salad mix and toss gently until everything is well-coated.
  4. Sprinkle in ½ cup of Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper, and toss again lightly.
