Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, evenly spread uncooked long grain white rice across the bottom.
  3. Pour chicken broth over the rice without stirring.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, grated cucumber, dill, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pat the chicken breasts dry, then drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on top of the rice.
  7. Cover each piece of chicken with the tzatziki sauce.
  8. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 50-60 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  9. Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before uncovering.
