- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pork mince, French onion soup mix, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Roll out puff pastry sheets, cut each in half lengthwise, and place a generous line of filling along one edge. Roll tightly and seal edges with water or egg wash.
- Beat egg with a splash of milk for egg wash, then brush over the tops of the assembled rolls.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
