Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pork mince, French onion soup mix, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Roll out puff pastry sheets, cut each in half lengthwise, and place a generous line of filling along one edge. Roll tightly and seal edges with water or egg wash.
  4. Beat egg with a splash of milk for egg wash, then brush over the tops of the assembled rolls.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
