- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out thawed puff pastry into a rectangle of 10x12 inches.
- Spread 1.5 tablespoons of Dijon mustard over the pastry, leaving a half-inch border.
- Place 6 slices of deli ham evenly on top of the mustard, then sprinkle with 1 cup of grated cheese.
- Roll the pastry tight along the long edge, trim the ends, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Repeat the process with remaining ingredients for the second log and chill again for 20 minutes.
- Slice the chilled log into 0.5-inch pinwheels and place them cut-side up on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for about 18 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, serve warm, and enjoy!
