  • 1 cup Grated Gruyère or Sharp Cheddar Cheese Other similar cheeses can work as well
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley Chives can be an alternative

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out thawed puff pastry into a rectangle of 10x12 inches.
  2. Spread 1.5 tablespoons of Dijon mustard over the pastry, leaving a half-inch border.
  3. Place 6 slices of deli ham evenly on top of the mustard, then sprinkle with 1 cup of grated cheese.
  4. Roll the pastry tight along the long edge, trim the ends, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  5. Repeat the process with remaining ingredients for the second log and chill again for 20 minutes.
  6. Slice the chilled log into 0.5-inch pinwheels and place them cut-side up on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 18 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, serve warm, and enjoy!
