Cooking Steps
  1. Begin by boiling a large pot of water. Once it's boiling, add the noodles and cook according to package instructions for 8-10 minutes. Drain and toss with vegetable oil.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil and brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth until dissolved.
  5. Pour the sauce into the skillet with the beef, simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Create a cornstarch slurry and gradually add to the skillet, stirring for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Add the cooked noodles, tossing to coat in the sauce for 1-2 minutes over low heat.
  8. Remove from heat, stir in sesame oil and half of the green onions. Serve garnished with remaining green onions and sesame seeds.
