  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
For the Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic freshly minced
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Arrowroot Powder mixed with water
For the Creamy Spicy Mayo
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
For Serving
  • 2 cups Rice jasmine or medium-grain
  • 2 cups Broccoli chopped into florets
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds for topping

Cooking Steps
  1. Cook rice according to package instructions, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Prepare broccoli by chopping into florets and steaming or sautéing until tender.
  3. Season chicken strips with salt, pepper, chili powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, and oregano.
  4. Sear chicken in a skillet with olive oil for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Incorporate broccoli with chicken in the skillet for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Whisk together sauce ingredients and pour over chicken and broccoli, simmer until thickened.
  7. Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and water in a bowl for spicy mayo.
  8. Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, broccoli, and drizzle with spicy mayo, topping with sesame seeds.
