Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your muffin tin.
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, diced onion, minced garlic, egg, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Divide the mixture into eight portions and mold them into cupcake shapes.
- Wrap each cupcake with a slice of beef bacon and tuck the ends.
- Place the bacon-wrapped cupcakes in the muffin tin.
- Drizzle BBQ sauce over the top of each cupcake.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let the cupcakes cool for about 5 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter.
- Optionally drizzle more BBQ sauce and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
