- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients while the oven heats up.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove bacon and drain excess grease.
- In the same skillet, sauté the diced onion in the bacon drippings over medium heat for 5-6 minutes until soft.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine canned baked beans, cooked bacon, sautéed onion, brown sugar, BBQ sauce, mustard, and season with salt and pepper. Stir well.
