For Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds Toasted nuts can also be used.

Method
 

Steps
  1. Start by placing the eggs into a pot and covering them completely with cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then cook for about 12 minutes.
  2. Once done, transfer them to an ice bath for at least 5 minutes to stop cooking.
  3. Gently crack the shells and peel them under running water. Cut each egg in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise and Dijon mustard to the yolks, mashing together until smooth.
  5. Drizzle in chili garlic oil, mixing thoroughly. Adjust the heat level to taste.
  6. Fill the hollowed egg whites with the spicy yolk mixture, creating a slight dome for presentation.
  7. Drizzle more chili garlic oil on top, sprinkle sesame seeds, and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
  8. Arrange on a platter and enjoy immediately.
