Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts with canola oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle Sriracha hot sauce over the coated Brussels sprouts and toss to combine.
  4. Spread Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, pour sweet chili sauce over the sprouts, and stir to coat evenly.
  6. Return the glazed sprouts to the oven for another 2-3 minutes before serving.
