Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the chicken, coat well with marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with vegetable oil. Cook chicken for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Stir-fry the red and green bell peppers and onion in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Combine cooked chicken with veggies and any remaining marinade. Thicken the sauce if desired.
