  • 1 cup Mild Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Tortilla Chips crushed for topping

Preparation Steps

  3. In a large bowl, combine romaine, tomatoes, corn, green onions, black beans, and cilantro. Toss to mix.
  4. Add cooked chicken and dressing to the salad. Toss gently to coat evenly without oversaturating.
