Preparation Steps
- Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook pasta until al dente for about 8β10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine warm pasta with half of the dressing. Toss for 1β2 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix mozzarella, salami, pepperoni, and pepperoncini. Add dried Italian herbs and combine gently.
- Add dressed pasta to the cheese and meat mixture. Stir gently and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Cover the bowl and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, ideally up to 24 hours.
- Before serving, drizzle remaining dressing and garnish with chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese.
