Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook pasta until al dente for about 8–10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm pasta with half of the dressing. Toss for 1–2 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, mix mozzarella, salami, pepperoni, and pepperoncini. Add dried Italian herbs and combine gently.
  4. Add dressed pasta to the cheese and meat mixture. Stir gently and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Cover the bowl and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, ideally up to 24 hours.
  6. Before serving, drizzle remaining dressing and garnish with chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese.
