  • 1 lb Ground Beef or ground turkey
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce for filling
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese for topping
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the zucchini by halving them and removing the insides to create boats.
